Casa de Nada is an example of Mexican Contemporary designed for a client who demanded all the comforts of the US for their future home plus a place for their family to visit. There is a repetitive mainland Mexican element through out that is both decorative (doors) and at the same time brings security to the dwellings and property (storm shutters and gates). The view is fantastic weather seen from all the rooms of the main living area, summer or winter patios, master suite, viewing tower, guest house or the 75’ pool and spa.
